It can accommodate up to 22 guests and has eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The master suite has a king-size high four-poster bed, a working granite fireplace, two balconies with views of Monadnock Mountain and the water, and a large adjoining master bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, a private balcony, a private adjoining full bathroom, and a TV. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, a single sleeper futon, and a balcony. The fifth bedroom has a double bed. The private playroom has a queen-size bed and futon which sleeps two. The seventh bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third-floor ballroom has futon which sleeps three - children particularly love to sleep in this huge room! The eighth bedroom has a queen-size bed, a futon, and a balcony with stunning views. In the master bathroom, guests will find a toilet, two sinks, and a shower with six shower heads. The second bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and combination bathtub and shower. The third bathroom on the first floor has a toilet. The basement has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
