The home has retained all the details of guest ranch charm but has been updated with the modern amenities of European appliances in the kitchen and laundry facility and upgraded spacious bath suite. Mesquite wood and copper countertops complement the original ox blood concrete floors and Douglas fir wood ceilings and doors. The views are panoramic and the home sits on a two acre hilltop lot above the hub of the River walk and the St. Phillips Plaza area. You will feel like part of the old west, but will be conveniently located to the University of Arizona and Downtown Tucson with all of the nightlife, culture and dining at your doorstep. The "chicken coop" features a lighted outdoor entertainment area complete with gas grill and nearby hot tub (great for star gazing).
