The space
Private and secluded this brand new home sits lakefront on 6 acres with direct lake access, views of the water and mountains with great access to skiing at Windham & Hunter Mountain.
Upon entering the home you will find a spacious sun filled open concept living/ dining area with soaring 20 foot ceilings, wood burning fireplace and a wall of windows to take in the views. The great room is thoughtfully decorated with several cozy and comfortable seating areas throughout. The dual facing sofas overlook the mountains and offer a great space to take in the views in comfort, or perhaps you'd like to cozy up to the fireplace in the barrel chairs? The dining table can accommodate everyone for a nice gathering and a tasty meal. Don't forget the sunroom with large l-shaped sleeper sofa surrounded by windows where you'll feel like you’re in your very own posh treehouse!
The chefs kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. A stocked Keurig Coffee Maker is provided along with a drip coffee maker for those who like to brew their own. The kitchen is well laid out, spacious and ready to entertain. There is a 6 burner gas Kucht stove with vented hood, D/W, microwave drawer & toaster oven.
Once you're ready to head outdoors you can step out onto the elevated 600 square foot upper deck to catch some sun while you lounge amongst the two giant oak trees that flank the home. In season the upper deck is furnished with table, chairs and loungers with a large Weber grill year round to BBQ your favorite meal.
Take the steps up to the lakefront where you will find a massive dock with seating and water toys ready to go! Kayaks, SUP and some other water toys are provided for your enjoyment.
After a day of fun in the sun you can chill out on the equally expansive lower deck which is shaded and slip into the hot tub for a nice soak where you can watch the sunset over the mountains.
There is a large private lawn on the far side of the house which has an open fire pit with more spectacular views of the mountains or it's a great spot to enjoy some friendly competition whether it’s corn hole, badminton, or your favorite sport.
There are four bedrooms in total (1 lower floor, 2 main floor and master 3rd floor) with three full bathrooms. All the bedrooms have oversized windows with views of nature. Three of the bedrooms have comfy/cozy KING size beds. One bedroom currently is equipped with 2 trundle beds that convert to 4 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the sunroom that can also sleep two guests if necessary. There is a foldable crib, with mattress and crib sheets in the closet available for the little guests.
The master suite on the third floor is high in the sky and oversized with a private balcony and luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is a reading loft just outside the bedroom where you can take in the views from a different vantage point.
There is a dedicated work space if you need to connect with legit High Speed Internet and device charging stations
The family room is on the first level with 12 foot ceilings, heated polished concrete floors (more views) and a large plush sofa, 75 inch TV with Sonos sound, ping pong, some board games and 4 player classic retro arcade.
A/C & Mini Split Heaters are throughout the home with a GE Smart W/D combo heat pump unit that is preloaded with detergent. Radiant heated floors on lower level.
