It has two bedrooms upstairs...,one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds. The beds have new mattresses. Both bedrooms have window a/c units.
Downstairs is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and entry way. Original hardwood floors contribute to the character of the cottage.
The rent is $3,900 per month with a 30 day minimum. In addition there is a $145 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit. A maximum of four persons are allowed to stay overnight. We can provide special pricing for stays of 60 days or more.
Included with the rent is electricity, water, trash removal and lawn care. Please note there is no washer and dryer in the cottage. However, there are facilities nearby in Sturgeon Bay.
