For a peaceful retreat to the country, this charming cottage is an ideal getaway. Located less than 10 minutes from Great Barrington, close to hiking trails, shopping, theatre, ski mountains & many other Berkshire highlights.
Perfect for a couple or a small family, the house has a full kitchen for meals at home, outdoor BBQ & a deck overlooking a large backyard.

The first floor features a family room with smart TV, a newly renovated kitchen and a half bath. The washer and dryer are also located on the 1st floor in the half bath and are for guest use.
The second floor features a primary bedroom with Queen bed and an office nook, perfect for working remotely. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd floor bathroom is newly renovated and features a tub/shower combo.
There are mini-splits for heat and AC in both the large family room and primary bedroom.
There is a large, quiet backyard with a deck, fire pit, and BBQ for your enjoyment!
The home is located in the village of Ashley Falls, in the town of Sheffield. Enjoy peace and tranquility in your own private Berkshires escape. Drive 17 minutes to downtown Great Barrington, 20 minutes to Butternut ski mountain and 22 minutes to Catamount ski resort. Here for a school visit? We are located 15 minutes from the Berkshire School and 26 minutes from Simons Rock.
