Bedroom has brand new Tuft and Needle queen size mattress with small closet for hanging clothes. Living room couch is a queen size pull out bed.
We have a strict no parties or events policy. We also don’t allow pets or smoking in the unit or on the attached patio.We live upstairs with one young child, and one of us works from home. You are very likely to hear some footsteps and water running. Our neighborhood is generally quiet in the evenings, but there are always exceptions in any urban environment. We do not anticipate any noise being disruptive to your stay, but there is a white noise machine in the bedroom just in case!
