Quiet cottage on Lake Lanier is perfect for a quick getaway. Located on the north side of the lake in the Chestatee area this home has plenty of amenities to enjoy what the lake has to offer. The house sits about 50 feet from the water's edge. If you prefer to be on the water you can enjoy the setting sun on a two level party dock. A professionally built fire pit is ideal for those cooler evenings overlooking the lake. The cottage itself was remodeled and includes granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A comfortable living room seats at least 6 and and includes leather furniture and 55" flat screen TV. Off the living areas is a large vaulted screen porch that overlooks the water. It can be cooled by the ceiling fan or heated by the propane gas heater.
The two level dock has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and is a short walk from the house. The upper level includes a 10ft x 20ft covered area for shade. The slip on the dock is in use but feel free to tie up your boat if need be.
