A few campers on the other side of property but quiet and laid back. Small jon boat available to use. Beavers in the largest pond (feel free to trap them). It is country so may see snakes, bugs, deer or more. Inside of mobile home boasts modern, comfortable living. You are welcome to wander the property (38 acres) as long as you do not hunt. Please do not bother any guests who may be in the camper area. The shed near the mobile home is for owner's use only.
