Located on the Bloomfield/Simsbury line close to some of the best hiking trails in New England, kayaking on the historic Farmington River, and the Connecticut Greenway Bike Trail (New Haven to the Mass border). Kayaks and bikes are available through local agencies. Ten minutes from Bloomfield based insurance companies, 20-minutes from Hartford/Springfield Airport (BDL) and Hartford.
