The cottage has is updated with new kitchen appliances, a/c unit in the living called a split , 2 bedrooms with queen beds with 2 window air conditioners, 1 full pull out bed in the living room, a propane grill, cable/wifi and a compact washer and dryer. It has all the comfort needs of a home with a small town feel and minutes from the beach, local parks and downtown. After having to cancelled last year season due to the city re-zoning vacation rentals, we are certified and would love to host your next family getaway or that much needed friends weekends in the quiet town of East Tawas.
