Backyard with privacy fencing & a quaint patio area to enjoy! This unit has everything you need from home while away from home! Minutes from Pinewood Events Center, Beach, and Downtown. The unit will accommodate four adults comfortably. **Caution to TALL travelers the unit has 7ft ceilings. One king-size bed in the master bedroom, another (small) sleeping room with a full bed, and a twin pull-out in the family room. Excellent for travelers with a pet, the yard is fully fenced in! This is a duplex home; each unit has a separate entrance, yard, and fenced-in area. You won’t likely see anyone from the adjacent unit unless you want to. Guests can message or call me anytime if they need anything. Quaint downtown residential area. Tree lined streets and small town charm! 3 miles to Pinewood Weddings and Events Center. 10 miles to Braham Event Center. 6 Miles to Erikson Farmstead 6 Miles to Circle B 1 Mile to all shops in Cambridge, Target, Kohls, Walmart, restaurants, local boutiques & Coffee Shops. Few Blocks off of Main Street *this unit does not have its own thermostat but it stays nice and cool in summers and I leave portable heater in winter just in case you like in warmer than 72 degrees.
