No smoking inside the property. You can smoke outside away from the house. There will be a $300 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required.
I live upstairs (I do have a baby but no pets). The rooms are located in the basement and has a separate entrance locked off from the rest of the house. I won't be in any part of your space.
We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!
