Hello! I am looking to rent my house for the month of January. This is a 1,750 square foot home on 11 acres in Cañoncito (Santa Fe) about 20 min E of town. Bedrooms: 2, Bathrooms: 3. The master bedroom is quite large with tons of natural light and a patio beyond french doors. The second bedroom is above the garage with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and sun deck. Laundry room in house. Both a garage and car ports. A private studio space/shed (finished with electricity) exists off the side of the house where you can plug a space heater to work, meditate, or create. Fenced in backyard is also available for pets. Ideally no pets, but I will consider if we have a chat! The neighborhood backs into a trail hiking system that I walk daily without ever getting into my car. It's truly perfectly located: out of town enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but very close if you need anything. 20 minutes in the other direction (East) takes you to Pecos where there is some of the best hiking I've ever done. Cafe Fina, Bobcat Bite, Santa Fe Brewing, Legal Tender are great restaurants that in-towners travel out to. They are local to you. 1 hour from Santa Fe ski area, 2 hours from Taos. This place is an oasis! Looking to share it with someone while I catch up with family in California for a month. This rate includes my covering gas, electric and wifi.
