After a full day of exploring historic Santa Fe, enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing on the patio. Bathe in the colorful New Mexico sunset and, as our name suggests, blanket yourself in an unforgettable night sky experience from the many patios. Large open windows provide warm sunlight and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Nearby hiking and biking trails, including the popular Nine Mile Road "Rail Trail" are found nearby. The thoughtfully manicured grounds provide an array of high desert exploration opportunities and activities.
Authentic Santa Fe design and decor adorn the home and thoughtful details are woven throughout that will immerse you in Santa Fe's unique culture and beauty. The main house has 2 connected units, each completely functional as stand-alone units with full kitchens, living rooms, bed/baths and family rooms.
Easily prepare group meals in the large, open, fully-equipped kitchens and gather in one of the many indoor or outdoor dining areas. Be sure to stop in at Bob Cat Bite or the famous Harry's Roadhouse, located just a few minutes down the road or head into the historic district to enjoy the world-class dining scene.

The expansive grounds have many features not to miss, including a zen garden, iconic archway, bocce ball and seating areas to bask in the warm sun and take in the surrounding high desert views. Bird houses are located throughout the grounds along with 10 varieties of apple trees and 27 fragrant flowering shrub varieties…an excellent choice if you love bird watching!
Please note that the county road to our home is not paved. It is completely accessible by car, however, during heavy snow events, the plow schedule may affect access temporarily. The driveway to the home is paved and maintained. 4-wheel drive is required during winter months November - March.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days* of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment.
*For 30+ night reservations, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days.
