Blackberry Cabin is a cozy log cabin set back on an acre of pine and fruit trees in the community of Whispering Pines. The fenced backyard leads to the banks of the East Verde, sometimes a gushing river, other times a rocky stream, where locals wade and catch the stocked trout. Riverbanks are lined by grass, flowers and blackberries which you are welcome to pick! Our property includes a unique stone embankment where swallows and other birds like to zip by, with a steep hill behind leading to national forest land. Watch for wandering deer and elk!
Inside there is an open living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen - just bring your favorite food! There is a loft bedroom with a pleasant sitting area close to the air on warm afternoons, with room for friends or family in the sleeper couch below.
