The unit is newly updated with a Keyless entry, Living + dining area, kitchenette with 1 E-stove & new appliances. Unit is also ideal for small families. Unit sleeps 2. The space
This newly renovated basement unit offers a queen bed, An air mattress when you have more than 2 guests( must be requested for a fee) a 3 seater couch and a love seater couch. Take your time to stretch and relax after a long day by sitting in the remote controlled recliner while watching your favorite show on the TV.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and simple spices. Coffee /tea pods are available and guest can brew their own preferred coffee with the dual action Ninja pods/brew machine.
The kitchen does not have a full size standard stove/oven. A single electric stove is provided for simple meals as there is no vent in the kitchen. Crock pot and air fryer is in the unit.
Please note unit is located on the basement level with families on the top floor, walking/steps noise is possibly easily noted from the unit. We want to be transparent about this. Please respect the neighbors and co-dwellers, no wild parties or large gatherings of any kind.

Guest can use the entire unit as their home away from home.
Smart Television with most common apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Hbo max etc)available. Guests will need their own subscription and log in for app use.

Washer and dryer is not located in the unit but there is a close by laundromat 7 mins drive away.
