Positive: The location in the North Loop is great. The staff were quick responders whenever I sent a text and as helpful as they could be.
Negative: The instructions for getting into the unit were well written - but be aware it is a 3 step process every time you are entering. And one just download an app to get up the elevator. There is only one point of entrance. It is rather cumbersome. The furniture is sparse and quite uncomfortable. There are no extras in the kitchen. Absolutely nothing. When we arrived, the ice maker didn’t work. They were not able to send anyone to fix it while we were there. The bathroom faucet in the tub fell apart. They did not send anyone to fix it while we were there. There is no kitchen table - rather a side table set behind the sofa facing the tv. This was a disappointment. I had discussed all of my concerns with the property and was told I would not get any sort of recompense. I would not stay here again.
Summary: Great location but that’s about it.
