This Six(6) bedroom Three(3) Bathroom four season Lake House is located on the shores of beautiful Willsboro Bay (Lake Champlain) just 30 minutes south of Plattsburgh. Ski, tube, toboggan, hike, and skate in the winter and Golf, swim, boat, fish, and hike in the summer. Whether you like to shop, dine, or just relax and have fun, this Lake House is in the middle of it all !
Also Within driving distance from Lake George, Lake Placid, New York City (NYC), Connecticut, New Jersey, Boston, Montreal, yet feels like a world away.
The nearest airport, Plattsburgh International Airport, is a short drive, and often features flights from Florida, Boston, and Myrtle Beach. Flights can also be taken to and from Burlington International Airport, which is just across the lake with a short 20 minute Ferry ride.
Perfect for a large family vacation, this upscale Lake House can accommodate a maximum of twelve(12) people comfortably.
This Beautiful Lake House features one very large upper deck to give you the very best views of the mountains in the distance and the Million Dollar Sunset views. This Lake House also features one very large porch with Hot Tub and lounge area also with great views.
The large lawn on the lake side is 100' x 100' and is great for throwing a football or frisbee around. This Lake House also features a big fire-pit area and sitting area near the beach.
