Positive: Location was great. The view from the flat was as beautiful as the pictures. The place was impeccable and much more lovely than it appears. Lots of wood ties into a port theme without being kitsch in any way.

Negative: Important to know that there is a flight of stairs. Our code didn’t work but the manager rectified it immediately.

Summary: Stunning harbor view in the heart of Ketchikan’s port.
