Set on a 3/4 acre LAKEFRONT lot on beautiful Lake Ripley, this home features luxury amenities. The 1000 SF lakeside deck features a 6 person outdoor hot tub kept at 102 degrees year round. Also on the deck, is an extra large, 5 burner Genesis II Weber gas grill available year round. Gas supplied. There is a built in outdoor fire pit for chilly nights- firewood supplied. The "open floorpan" lake house has modern construction and was remodeled in 2019 for entertaining and family fun. There is a full size shuffle puck table in the main living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The owner of the house is an audiophile and there are high end speakers, TV and audio equipment located both indoors and outdoors. The gourmet kitchen features a professional Kitchen Aid range with microwave and range hood. The owners are foodies, so everything you need to cook is provided and ready to go- including sharp high end knives and professional cookware. There are 2 full size refrigerators and a beverage fridge. The home features soft, filtered water as well as bottled drinking water. You won't be "roughing it" at all in this super comfortable home! The beds are new, sheets are high end and the home is kept immaculately clean. If you are the kind of person where high end details matter to you, this your place! Kayaks and stand up paddle board use included, in season. With easy access to the Madison area the East side of Madison is only a beautiful 15 minute drive. Only 2.5 hours drive from the Chicago Loop and an hour from Milwaukee. Feel like you're way up north without the long drive at this special, charming lake house. We trust pet owners to be responsible, so we we allow beloved pets!!
