Kids will be entertained just one block away at Sunset Lake Park where they can play basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, or try their hand at fishing. If golfing is your thing, you’ll find nine (Highlands Golf Course) and 18-hole (Gearhart Golf Links) courses less than six miles to the south in Gearhart. You will also be just eight miles to the south is Seaside, one of the most popular towns on the Oregon Coast where you can explore the famous Seaside Oceanfront Promenade, aquarium, rides, games shops, restaurants, and more. And less than 10 miles to the north your find the historic town of Astoria, where restaurants, breweries, shops, and views of the Columbia River abound.
