Two levels down from the loft is a newly remodeled basement with a reading area and two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with queen size bed. One bedroom has a large 8 foot window overlooking the lake and the other has an 8 foot sliding glass door with the same view which leads out to the lower patio. This level also has the second full bathroom with another walk in shower.
On the main level there is a wrap around deck designed for maximum view with saftey-glass railings.
The home sits on 3 acres of land and 145' of lake frontage.
