Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking, and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity outside of the unit only.
《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
➤ Check-out times are strictly enforced unless arranged and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid disruption to upcoming reservations. Guests who fail to check out by 10:00 AM will be charged a $50.00/hr late checkout fee, as our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule.
➤ Unauthorized Late Checkout: Staying past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will result in a $50/hour penalty. If the overstay exceeds 2 hours, a full additional cleaning fee may be applied.
