Early check in and late check out: While we would love to offer early check in and late check out to our Guests it is not possible for all reservations depending on when other guests arrive/depart. Guests may request early check in or late check out 5 days prior to check in/out. A $45 per hour fee applies to cover the costs of the additional staff required to prepare the home/property.
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Smoking outdoors only and guests must pick up all cigarette waste.
