Located next to the Puyallup light rail station so public transportation to Seattle/King County is very feasible.
Located close (~20 min drive) to JBLM gate.
The space
The space consists of a spacious 2bed 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen, full bathroom, all bedrooms with closet and queen sizes beds, living room with couch (could sleep one) and 55โ smart TV, free parking, wifi, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, washer and dryer in unit, heating, storage, and more.
We are pet-friendly; however, we do have a pet fee of $20 per pet per night if you want to bring your furry friend to our place. The payment request for this fee will be sent after the booking confirmation. After checkout, our cleaner will inspect the space for any damage, droppings, or other pet-related incidents. In the event of an accident or damage to our property, an additional fee will be charged. Please report any accidents prior to checking out. Please note that pets must not create a nuisance for other tenants in the building. If your dog tends to bark excessively, unfortunately, our place may not be suitable for them. We have a designated green area in the back of the space for your pet's private bathroom needs. Please use a leash and collect and dispose of all droppings.
