This private home sits directly across from Prairieville Park Boat Launch on the north side of Gull Lake, is located 15 miles from Kalamazoo, Michigan, and is 3 miles north of Richland. This two story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has two bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed and an extra long twin bed. There is a full size futon on the main floor and a roll away bed that can be placed in any room.
The main floor living/dining area is spacious, with rich dark wood floors. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer , a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, tea pot, blender, mixer, new Calphalon cookware, a propane gas grill outside, and place settings for 10+. The second floor laundry room is also available for use.
All furnishings in the house were brand new in 2017. The enclosed porch is lined with windows that overlook the boat launch (across the street), and there is a pizza restaurant next door.
The park/boat launch across the street has a great picnic area with outdoor grills, modern bathrooms, a playground for the kids, and a sandy beach for swimming. We also provide a seasonal pass to enter the park if you want to launch your boat. Please note that the house is located across the street from the lake, and there is not a place to dock your boat overnight at the boat launch.
There is private parking behind the house with enough space to park 4-5 cars and we have room for your boat/trailer.
