Our unique Gothic Revival style house was built in the 1870s by Oscar & Ada Comfort. In the early 1890s, it was owned by Frank Berry, who operated a flower shop at 232 East Myrtle Street. According to our neighbors, we think Berry later operated his florist business out of this house by converting a large cellar to a walk-in refrigerator for the fresh flowers.
We are a five-minute drive from Lakeview Hospital, 3 blocks from Pioneer Park, walking distance to historic downtown Stillwater shops and restaurants, and a 30-minute drive into St. Paul & Minneapolis. If you're traveling with children, we can provide everything they need to feel welcome (pack & play, crib, toys, high chair).
