Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.
Fabulous Location just 3 miles from the BNP Paribas Open Indian Wells at the Indian Wells tennis garden, and less then 4 Miles away from the NEW Acrisure Arena.
Located just 5 minutes away is the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and a 15 minute drive is the Empire Polo Grounds – home to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. Minutes away from Coachella, Stagecoach, the freeway and shopping centers. Only 14 miles from Palm Springs International Airport, 17 miles to downtown Palm Springs.
