Cabin for rent on clear 2500-acre Shell Lake, Wisconsin. Only minutes from Spooner, WI (great shopping and golf) and less than two hours from the Twin Cities. Enjoy warm summer days on the lake with a sandy beach and clear water. Also, embrace winter ice fishing and snowmobiling. Across the lake is trail 39 which joins the Wild River Trail for snowmobiling and 4-wheeling. The lake is noted for Walley, Bass, Pan Fish and Norther. You'll also find two gas stations along with several restaurants and bars in the city of Shell Lake which is just across the lake.
The cabin property has a gradual sandy beach, perfect for kids. Sandy shoreline and large grassy area for yard games. There is a fire pit to roast marshmallows. Second story deck with a picnic table overlooking the lake, with gorgeous sunsets across the lake all summer long. The cabin has three large bedrooms. The first level has two bedrooms (One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has two queen beds), a full bath, an open concept with an eat in kitchen (with all appliances and cooking utensils), and living room with a gas stove. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed, a smaller full bath, laundry and family room with TV and Foosball table. Enjoy privacy in this home surrounded by trees. There is a dock to secure your boat and motor.
Shell Lake is known for its great Bass, Northern, Pan fish, and Walleye fishing as well as it's sandy bottom and clear water. Bring your boat for water skiing/tubing, kayak during beautiful mornings & evenings, or sail on the larger section of the lake. The ATV and Snowmobile-trails can take you all the way to Michigan or Minnesota. You can access the trails right from the cabin. The town of Shell Lake has gas, groceries, restaurants, bars, and public boat launch on shell lake.
We are providing weekly cabin rental in the summer , Saturday to Saturday for June, July and August.
