This stunning home is two stories with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs accompanied by a gorgeous great room with a gourmet kitchen and large deck overlooking Shell Lake.
The ground level has an air-conditioned game room with TV, leather couches, and queen-sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping quarters. The game room opens directly to the patio and gorgeous lake! A garage door (with netting when attached) provides the perfect lakeside breeze and view of the beach and dock! There is plenty of space here for game night, snowmobile gear, etc. There is also a lakeside-accessible full bathroom and lakeside kitchen! It does not get any better than this! The covered patio includes a kitchen with a sink and full-sized fridge directly accessible to the lake. Turn the corner for a full bathroom and changing room. Next, you will notice a perfectly appointed bedroom with two twin beds located directly across from a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom includes a shower/bath combo with beautiful tile work! Continue your stroll down the grand hall into the great room with unforgettable lake views! On your left is a living room with an electric fireplace, TV and comfortable couches to take in those views! On the right is a well-appointed modern, gourmet kitchen with a large pantry and massive island for entertaining! Enjoy dinner, prepared on the grill and Blackstone provided, at the large dining room table while watching the loons sing! The dining room patio door opens to a massive deck and stairs leading to the pristine Shell Lake!
