There is a private beach and large dock for fishing and swimming Basic fishing poles are stored at the house and a 22 foot pontoon boat is available (separately) for rent for cruising fun- Inquire with the owner.
Lake Ratigan is a 55 acre all-sports private lake.
Spring thru fall: fish from the dock in one of the best private lakes around. Local fish include trout, bass, northern pike, blue gill and crappie. you can swim, BBQ on the grill, and roast marsh-mellows over the fire-pit.
Winter: think ice fishing, downhill skiing, family time and board games!
Nearby: 4 minutes to cannonsberg village for breakfast, bakery, deli, pub and gas, 7 minutes to Cannonsberg ski lodge, 11 minutes to Riverbend Bar and Grill- good food and service, 13 minutes to Ada Township for shopping, food, dining, personal services , healthcare and worship. 15 minutes to Grand Rapids for anything else.
