Welcome to Living on Leech Lake. We're excited to host you in our 3 bedroom home situated on some of the best fishing Leech Lake has to offer with over 200 feet of dock, a wonderful solid bottom swimming beach, a level lot full of plush grass, and easy access to the lake. There is public access just 3 miles from our home and just the right amount of privacy to enjoy a relaxing getaway. With 102,900 acres to find that perfect fishing spot. Numerous restaurants are just a 20-30 min boat ride away.
The Space:
Upon entering the home you’re greeted with a large open entrance offering plenty of space to unload your belongings before unpacking. You’ll first walk past a newer washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets. Straight ahead is a restroom also attached to the master bedroom. Just to the right is the entrance to the open concept kitchen with an island and countertop seating, dining room, and living room, complete with a large TV, gas fireplace, and lake view seating. The living room offers many seating options and features a futon and sofa bed. The entire home offers a modern rustic atmosphere with vaulted ceilings, natural light, and tasteful finishes.
Just off of the dining room is bedroom number one with a queen bed, a lake view, a TV, and a closet. Off of the living room on the right is bedroom number 2 with a queen bed, lake view, a TV, and closet. Across the hallway is the second full bathroom. Off of the living room to the left is the Master Bedroom with a queen bed, lake view, TV, bathroom, and closet.
Past the living room, you’ll enter the insulated 4 season porch that offers unbeatable, unobstructed views of the lake, along with another large TV, a high-top table, couches, and chairs. This porch offers access to the uncovered patio where you will find a propane grill and three steps down to the spacious lakeside yard.
The Yard:
We are proud of our yard and hope you enjoy the included firepit and complimentary wood for bonfires. Our dock extends 200 feet into Leech Lake, and while there are reeds at the end of the dock we are fortunate to have a solid bottom sandy swim area and crystal clear water. Our pontoon is not available for rent but rentals are available through Sota Lake Properties in Perham, MN, or a vendor of your choosing. We ask that your pontoon come equipped with “sea legs” rather than tying off to the dock.
The home comes fully stocked with all the essentials and supplies needed to accommodate 8-10 guests including plates, glassware, silverware, bedding, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. We have a toaster, a blender, a crockpot, a coffee maker, and dishwasher detergent. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us. No pets are allowed at this property.
