The finished walkout basement includes a rustic pub with a game room, bar, foosball table and even a payphone! The Basement also includes a family room with a cozy fireplace, oversized leather chair with ottoman, comfy couch and a 60" smart TV with full cable. 2 of the 6 bedrooms are located downstairs which include 2 "bunkrooms". The Downstairs is rounded out with a full bathroom including shower.
The open floor plan on the main floor has a large dining room table which can seat 8. The centerpiece to the living room is a large granite fireplace. Also on the main floor is the library which is also an also serves as the perfect TV sitting room to watch TV, read a book or play one of the many games in the home.
The large kitchen invites the Chef in all of us. The Viking stove and oven are high-end appliances, combined with the large butcher block countertop allow for the easy preparation of home cooked meals. The kitchen is fully stocked and has 2 dishwashers, coffee maker, slow cooker, Keurig machine, wine fridge and much, much more!
The back porch has a new Cuisinart propane grill, Adirondack chairs and a private back yard with a firepit and adequate seating for the entire group!
The second floor of the home has 4 bedrooms and includes the King bed Master Suite which features a large master bath with large tub and shower, a large walk in closet, sitting area and a balcony with the hot-tub.
The center of the second floor has a built in home office with a 32" monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. Just bring your laptop and you are ready to surf the web, check-in with the office or get some personal business taken care of while on vacation.
There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor including a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and an additional Queen bedroom with an extra Twin. Overall there are 6 bedrooms include 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Fulls and 5 Twins (11 total beds easily accommodating 14).
