Summary: We moved into the property just before a large storm. The owner stopped by prior to our arrival and turned on the electric fireplace and set the thermostat to 70, so the house would be toasty when we arrived. She also laid out extra blankets in the bedrooms, so we would be warm while we slept. We communicated with her, via text, often during out stay. Minor things, like the wind during the storm broke the back screen door and that we had difficulty finding the trash bags for the bathroom. And, we were leaving, we verified some items about how she wanted the house "winterized", as the temperature was still below 20F. She always responded quickly and with a awesome attitude. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. We cooked 3 or 4 meals during our stay and we had all the utensils and pans necessary. We will definitely be staying here again!
