Located in the heart of historic Fort Davis on a quiet side street just three blocks from State Street, Agave House was completely renovated in 2021 to a very high standard. The interior is contemporary with a Sante Fe influence, featuring vaulted beamed ceilings in the living room as well as a wood burning fireplace. Original art in the form of paintings and wall hangings is displayed throughout the house. The well-equipped kitchen is all new with dramatic concrete counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The main bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, walk in closet and a private porch. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious shower and a claw foot tub for your enjoyment. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the main en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 has two twins and its own bath with shower. There are multiple outdoor seating areas with views of the surrounding mountains and historic neighborhood. The house also includes a car port. Marfa and the McDonald Observatory are both about a 20 minute drive from Agave House.
