Short 15 minute drive to the downtown Plaza or Canyon Road.Our aim is to please and delight our guests! This unique passive solar home with large windows facing the south and west will deliver. Witness brilliant sunsets; enjoy vast vistas as far away as the Sandia Mountains. Huge Mexican dining room table comfortably seats 8 and the kitchen has its own table as well so there is plenty of room to stretch out. The living room is spacious and thoughtfully decorated in southwestern decor. My favorite bedroom is almost circular with 4 large windows that bring nature in. In winter, massive walls absorb the warmth of the sun during the day then radiate it back in the evenings. Radiant baseboard heat exists throughout the home and can be controlled by thermostats in most every room. In summer, the sun is high overhead so doesn't filter through the windows so ambient temperature stays cool. Swamp coolers add to summer comfort. All windows have blinds so you can sleep late if you like. Feel pampered and refreshed with high quality bath supplies and we always use natural cleaning products. You will love this unique and spacious home! Check-in is at 5:00 and check-out is at 11. This home hosts maximum of 3 guests.
