This remodeled upper flat offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious gourmet kitchen with a computer nook, a dining room with a large dining table, and a great living room with bay windows, a leather sectional, and a 65" smart TV.
The two primary bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and a closet. There is an entry door at the back of each bedroom that opens to an adjoining sunroom that has a queen sized murphy bed with built-in closet cabinets and a desk, allowing the sunroom to serve as a third bedroom or as an office/reading room/exercise area when the murphy bed is not pulled down.
One of the bathrooms is located off of the main hallway and offers a shower/bathtub. The other bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms and has a large stall shower with a bench seat.
There is an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as large and small kitchen appliances.
There are high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the flat.
