Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Central and nice street with a great coffee place next block corner. It's a long climb up but you can leave cases in the basement at yr own risk. We knew it was top floor but it is steep. Good size but spartan

Negative: Complete mix up on check in. The previous tenant overstayed and we had been moved to adjacent room but without notice. Fortunately the maid was in the building and helped us. oddly we were able to get the keys to the original room from the lockbox. The building and room is scruffy and not well maintained. We had a broken window and blinds as well as a bathroom that was past its renewal date. The loft duplex we had originally booked was even more basic and added another internal ladder staircase to the bedroom so not a great idea.

Summary: Very basic and needing tlc. Very steep stairs. Expensive for what it is.
