The space
Main/Ground Floor:
~Kitchen, dining room and sunken living room with gas fireplace.
~Two bedrooms on the main/ground floor: each bedroom has a King bed, TV and a shared full bath.
~Covered porch off the kitchen and livingroom leads BBQ, pation table and yard all overlooking the Quarry.
Walkout Basement:
~Game room with bumper pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games and movie theater with pull out couch.
~Half bath and washer/dryer
~Family suite with King bedroom and TV, privacy wall separates the kids bunk room with custom bunk beds (2 twins over 2 kings)
~Attached full bath
~French doors lead out to the back patio and private hot tub.
Guest access
The Quarry is a little over an acre in size with beautiful deep spring fed water for swimming and paddling (no out side boats allowed) and is shared by all three villas.
Hiking trails are open and shared by all three villas.
The main dock is shared by all three villas with access to life jackets, floats, boats, paddle boards and kayaks. Please return after each use.
Hot tub is private for Quarry Beach House guests exclusively.
Back and front yard is private and setback for Quarry Beach House guests exclusively.
Blueberry beach is your private and sole access to the Quarry for swimming and paddling.
