About this space
We are offering for your leisure time our 1400 square foot 2-bedroom house on the water which sleeps 6. Our house is situated on a canal that is about 100 yards from all sports Tubbs lake which is in the Martiny chain of lakes. It sits on two lots so you can enjoy a spacious backyard. We have all the amenities of home. You just have to bring your food and drinks. If you're a boater you can park your vessel at the dock behind our house. The space
Quiet, peaceful country setting on the water. If the summer heat is too much, you can retreat and relax in the central air. Large open kitchen to cook your meals or cook on the grill outside. Extensive entertainment room with 50 inch Roku t.v. and several games for the family. Canal leads to 8 different lakes in the Martiny chain of lakes. Located 35 minutes from Mount Plesant and 25 minutes to Big Rapids.
Guest access
Our guest have access to the entire house. Guest also has access to the entire 2 lots in the spacious backyard as well as the dock.
