This welcoming 3-bedroom, 2 full bath country farm is a great place to relax and unwind. Property is located 3 miles from the Waller County Fair Grounds, which is famous for local rodeos, concerts and other events. At night, gather around the fire pit, while the grill master prepares your favorites on the outdoor gas grill. For dessert, enjoy roasting s’mores while sitting under the clearest sky in Texas. In the spring, the beautiful bluebonnets in the area will take your breath away. This country home offers additional outdoor activities including horseback riding which needs to be scheduled in advance of your stay. The outdoor area has a 4 stall barn, 2 paddocks, 2 pastures and a few acres of groomed front, sides and back yard areas around the home. These groomed areas are perfect for kids to play without worrying about the Horses or Cows because they are in the pastures which are fenced.
Feel free to bring some bite size carrot or apple snacks for the Horses. The Guests love the experience and the Horses love the snacks. Don’t forget to pick up some fireworks to celebrate your stay and offer moments of elevation to your Guests that will create happy memories that will last a lifetime.
