Summary: This stay checked all of my boxes for perfect. The communication with Marc, the owner, was easy, clear and kind. The check-in process was also flawless with a lock box allowing us to arrive when it was convenient. He provided extras that we all appreciated: drinks, coffee, fresh filtered water, food, cooking oils and condiments. The apartment was immaculate and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We could walk around the corner for meals to a very safe area of New Haven and putter around in our free time. We were visiting Yale University for a lacrosse recruiting event and it was 10 minutes to the Yale Bowl and fields. It worked out perfectly for us to access campus and get a feel for the area being in a safe neighborhood.I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Marc. He even offered us an early check in and reached out to me when I left some items behind. We stay all over the country with VRBO and you would be surprised at how rare it is to have a stand-out, approachable and communicative host. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Marc.
