Positive: It was nice, mostly clean, outdoorsy, it had room, very modern for a cabin in the woods. Loved the lizards and the hummingbirds that came by during the day, even the opossum that came by had a marshmellow snack (lost one on the porch and grandson disposed of it not realizing you shouldn't). Would I rent again, yes.

Negative: The fact that its out on a gravel and unmaintained county roads. Got lost 2x and some areas were sketchy (a garbage can on a corner, looked like a driveway, seems it was the way out). The neighbor's dogs being loose on arrival, jumping up on family, and barking all day & night (no peace and quiet). Mouse boops in cupboards, dust, spiders & cobwebs, and hoping it was waterbugs inside. Stains on both the couch inside and outside (back deck). If you rent out space, always have someone go in before and check it, to ensure its right (cobwebs, dust under beds and under tables, and mouse boops should be removed). Plus, the shower curtain needed replaced or washed because discolored mold was growing in it. Oh, no tongs for grill, there was a spatula, but no tongs. Even with all this list (yes, its a cabin in the woods-worked hospitality for campgrounds, I get it), yeah, Id still rent it again. Just Calloway County needs to do something about the roadways, even paved, I thought my shocks & struts at 30mph were gonna need replacing.
