Our cozy home sleeps 8 and offers off-street parking for up to four cars. It's located just 1 1/4 blocks from the beach and the seventh house from the Atlantic Ocean yet on a canal to the bay side of coastal highway. You'll be close to popular destinations like Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and Ocean City.
Take a short walk 1 block walk to some great food options like the New Big Fish/Rosenfeld’s Jewish Deli, Misaki Sushi, Grotto's Pizza, and more. Boating enthusiasts can bring their boat to our 23' dock or rent one (bait & tackle 1 block south) and enjoy fishing and crabbing right from the dock. Kayak rentals/deliveries available from Coastal Kayak. You can also relax on the private deck with a gas grill, gas fire pit, spare tanks, table & chairs, umbrella & Adirondack chairs.
Our second-floor screened porch has a view of the canal, dock, deck and fire pit. You can also access Little Assawoman Bay and Assawoman Bay, including Fenwick Island restaurants like Catch 54, Harpoon Hanna's, Papa Grande's and all the way to Ocean City and the Atlantic. The canal also provides access north to Indian River and Rehoboth Bays, including Dockside's Marina Bar at the inlet and the restaurants of Dewey Beach.
