LIVING AREA
This home has two sitting areas; one for the TV, and the other for the fireplace. This offers you the opportunity to enjoy either one without distraction, or utilize both spaces if your group has different preferences. A private office space is available should you need to work remotely.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped for a home cook, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample granite countertops, and a large island with a built-in breakfast bar. The dining area is just off of the kitchen. Six guests can sit at the table, and bar seating for three overlooks the kitchen.
BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath that features double vanities and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have king beds. One of these king beds can be split into twins upon request. The office has a convertible futon couch bed that is comfortable for one person to sleep on. The second bathroom is shared with the living space and features a shower/tub combo.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Sunlit Pines has a huge porch that is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine or cocktail while taking in New Mexico’s natural beauty. A hot tub is located just off the deck, and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Santa Fe.
