We live in a 4 bedroom house in Glastonbury, just south and east of Hartford. There is a large kitchen and separate dining room. There is a living room and a fireplaced family room. There is a small deck off the kitchen and a larger deck off the family. Both decks lead to a generous back yard (garden) that abuts the woods.
This is a quintessential New England neighborhood. Traditional style homes on tree lined streets. We have an Apple Harvest Festival annually every October during the apple harvest season. The festival is a town-wide event lasting three days that includes various rides and attractions, including booths from many of the local town businesses and politicians. Other events include the Under a Strawberry Moon Festival in June and various events held by the local town historical society.
This second floor, front room has two sun-lit windows. Room furnished with beautiful queen-size bed, night stand, dresser, desk/chair, large closet.
Full bathroom is shared with another guest. There also a half bath on the first floor.
