Spend hours exploring miles of connecting waterways in our kayaks and canoes, right from our dock. Fish for northern pike, large mouth bass, perch and pumpkin seed right off the dock. There are miles of hiking trails at the nearby Paul Smith's Visitors Interpretive Center. Enjoy the many fun-filled activities for families in nearby Saranac Lake Village and Lake Placid. Daily rental rate: $675.00 per night, plus an additional 5% Occupancy Tax Fee imposed by Franklin County, plus $250.00 cleaning fee, plus $500.00 refundable security deposit. If you choose to pay via credit or debit card through VRBO.COM, they will add on the 5% Occupancy Tax in your payment. If you pay us directly with a personal check, I will add the 5% Occupancy Tax on to your rental rate.
