3-bedroom, 1 bathroom, ranch house with a full kitchen and outdoor sitting area with gorgeous views! Located about 15 miles east of Junction, TX on the Llano River. Guests will have limited private access to the river. This ranch house will give you and your family and/or friends that quiet, disconnected, delightful time out in the country!
The space
This home sits right above the Llano River. It is a quiet peaceful spot out in the country where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, see the stars, watch wildlife (you'll probably see some whitetail deer and axis!), swim in the Llano River, sit on the back patio and soak in the beautiful Hill Country views, and just enjoy family time!
Guest access
While staying with us, guests will have full access to the house, outdoor areas, and beautiful Hill Country views! Guests will also have access to private river front right below the house.
There will limited river access during the months of November- January
Other things to note
We are 15/20 minutes from town out in the country on a ranch.
If you are coming to enjoy the Llano River, we recommend bringing water shoes as the river can be rocky in some places.
NO GLASS BOTTLES IN THE RIVER
No unannounced guests. We understand that there might be family and or friends in the area that would like to use the private river access and visit, paying guests will need to get approval 24 hours in advance if they anticipate any extra daytime visitors.
Since the house is out in the country, we do not have access to wi-fi, and the phone service can be spotty in places. We encourage you to disconnect and enjoy the quiet time out in the country!
While we are pet friendly, we request that you only bring one pet and that all pets be house broke. If you plan to bring multiple pets, please let us know prior to check in.
