(Perryman St.)...... AND...... just across the river from the heart of downtown Saugatuck/ STEPS AWAY FROM THE CHAIN FERRY (Runs Memorial Day thru Labor Day). Drive 2 miles around the harbor to downtown Saugatuck when chain ferry not in operation. Lower level includes bedroom with queen bed, full bath, laundry room. Upper level includes bedroom with queen bed and full bath... open floor plan living room with dining area and kitchen. Queen sleeper in living room. The upper level boasts a large furnished screened porch with dining area and has partial views of the Kalamazoo River. An open balcony overlooks the beautiful wooded dunes. The 6 person hot tub is just outside the entrance to the home running year round. This private setting is a great getaway in the woods yet close to all the action of Saugatuck.
