Summary: My husband and 3 kids uner 8 stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! The pennisula/point is a little sandbar which was perfect for our kids. The water surrounding is shallow and warm. Not a super busy lake either. Theres a literal babbling brook along side the cabin and you can hear it from the deck. The amenities were fantastic. We don't rent many private places so i wasnt sure what all would be provided but there was plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets/sheets/pillows, more than enough dishes, kayaks and lilypad to use, fishing poles, life jackets and lawn chairs. There is no central AC, which is fine, its a cabin! There is a window AC unit in the main living space, and we were there during a heat wave so we positioned the fans into the bedrooms and that helped alot at night. Our family made some great memories playing on the sandbar, in the creek, fishing on the dock and hanging out on the deck. The kids asked on the drive home when we can go back so we cant wait to book again for next summer!!!
